Laboratory testing

We organize and perform witness testing on demand for our clients and provide analysis and interpretation of results. We cooperate with accredited and non-accredited laboratories worldwide.

We also act as technical assessors of testing laboratories and calibration laboratories for national accreditation bodies. We focus our consulting efforts on improving quality and reliability of testing results and testing procedures.

Technical Assessment of Testing Laboratories According to EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard

  • Materials (metals, polymers, ceramics, composites, coatings, construction materials, adhesives, asphalts, paints, wood, welds)
  • Microscopy analysis, metalography, microstructural analysis, visual inspection, etc.
  • Corrosion and evnvironmental testing (corrosion enhironmnets, UV, humidity, temperature, cycling, etc.)
  • Mechanical testing (destructive and non-destructive testing)
  • Tribological properties ( e.g.  wear, friction, adhesion, etc.)
  • Physical properties testing (e.g. density, thermogravimetry, calorimetry, colorometry, etc.)
  • Functional testing of products (e.g. automotive and transportation components, engineering products, construction products, sport equipment, etc.)
  • Determination of uncertainity of measurement (EA 4/02, VDA 5)
  • Assurance of quality of results, intralaboratory and inetralaboratory testing
  • Reporting, conformance statements, interpretation of results
  • Assessment of criteria 6.2 to 7.8 of the EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard

  • Force and deformation calibration (modes of loading: tensile, compression, bending, shear, impact, torque, hardness, etc.)
